The newest skyscraper on the Miami skyline, The Okan Tower, will be the fourth tallest building in Miami. Development is underway, as the ground is leveled and the pouring phase begins. The project developers Okan Group announced that they had passed rigorous piling tests required by Miami’s Department of Construction for super tall towers.
The Okan Tower, designed by the firm Behar Font & Partners, will have a height of 890 feet and 70 floors, its facade inspired by the Turkish national flower: the tulip.
64,000 square feet of Class A office space will be available in the first levels. Hilton hotels will be located on levels 13 to 30 of the tower and will include 316 rooms, with three levels of exclusive hotel amenities including a pool, gym, spa and meeting rooms with a ballroom. This Mega-project will also feature 163 private residential units and 236 short-term rental residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
We appreciate your attention and hope to continue updating you in on this development.
