This iconic mixed-use development, designed by the renowned Behar Font & Partners, has completed its foundation pouring.
A fleet of Cemex trucks lined up along the site, prepared for the intricate pour, working in tandem with US American Concrete, the project’s concrete contractor.
A well-coordinated effort to lay the solid foundations of Okan Tower.
Approximately 12,000 cubic yards of concrete were used to fill the large excavated space where the exclusive tower will be situated. Additionally, 2,300 tons of high-strength reinforcing steel were placed within the base by a dedicated team of 300 workers over three shifts.
Its unique architecture is expected to become a flagship element of Miami, featuring a curved glass apex representing Turkey’s national flower. The project will include 163 Sky Residences, 236 short-term rental residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and its 316-room hotel.
