NoMad Residences – Construction Update

Currently, the construction is progressing well. The exceptional development team, consisting of Related Group and Tricap, has secured $141.5 million in financing for NoMad Residences Wynwood.

This incredible 9-story mixed-use project will offer 329 condominiums along with a wide range of first-class amenities and services, hallmark features of the renowned global brand, NoMad.

With over 80% of its units currently under contract, construction began in October 2023, and the 124-foot-tall structure is expected to be completed by 2025.
